Exempt Organizations Private Letter Rulings and Determination Letter
The IRS ruled on the tax consequence of proposed changes to Auburn Mountain Financial Education Services Corporation’s purposes or activities. As of March 21st, 2008 we are a tax-exempt organization.

Non-Profit Organization
Auburn Mountain Financial Education Services Corporation is an 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). This means that we are a non profit organization that receives a substantial part of its financial support in the form of contributions from publicly supported organizations, from a governmental unit, or from the general public. Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code -Form 1023
