Paolo was educated at Radford University in Radford, VA and graduated with B.S. in Political Science with Minor in Psychology. Academic Honors include President of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, Executive Vice President of Political Science Society, Pi Gamma Mu Honor Society in the Social Sciences and Dean's List
